Bring energy and calm back into your life

For teams . For couples . For individuals

One place that brings people together, melts away stress and fills the body with vitality.🌿
Whether it's a team day, a meaningful moment as a couple or a deep experience for yourself,
this is the space where people open up, grow closer, and remember their own strength.

Our Story

'Alaboker' was born from a desire to bring moments of calm and balance to our stressed city and fast-paced lives, especially after the challenging couple of years we have all been through.

After powerful experiences and deep study of the field, we wanted to take it to the next level and create a space for a community eager to discover the power of cold water and breathwork.

Every session is a chance to pause, listen inward and remember the strength within us. Cold water challenges the body, but quiets the noise. The breath brings us back to the here and now, the place where anything is possible.

Come start your day with a pause just for yourself.
Waiting for you, Yarden & Zohara.

Alaboker - ice baths and breathwork

The Cold & Resilience Journey by Alaboker

5 weeks of returning to your inner strength, your body and your self-control. On a green rooftop in the heart of Tel Aviv.

What happens on the journey?

This is not another instructor course, nor a regular ice workshop. It is a journey that opens body, breath and mind.

  • Week 1: Back to the body
How the nervous system works, foundational breathing and a first dip.
  • Week 2: Stability
Power and calm breathing practices that build resilience and energy.
  • Week 3: Working with fear
Where are we closed off? A deep dip and presence practice.
  • Week 4: Inner strength
Stress management, turning difficulty into leverage and a guided solo dip.
  • Week 5: Integration
Building a daily routine, closing ceremony and a group dip.
